Fixes

• Fixed a bug where the delete marker prompt was not showing when deleting with a hotkey.
• The marker table now respects start time offset for timecodes.
• Moving markers around using the VS backend eventually created duplicate markers because the id of the marker would change on updates, this is now fixed.
• Improved in/outpoint handling when clearing inputs in the marker form.
• Muxed audio is now labeled as such in the metadata tab.
